This plant has grayish-green leaves with reddish purple to lilac blue blooms, from the mint family. When crushed the leaves have a very strong fragrance similar to spearmint. In the form of extracted essential oil it can be poisonous in large quantities. Grows 6-12" high, 18-24"wide and prefers full sun.
