Russian Tarragon is a shrubby perennial with a pungent anise-like flavor and aroma. Can grow to 1.5-3' high, and 1.5-2' wide and likes full sun. Russian Tarragon can tolerate drought and neglect. Can be used from early spring onwards for a mild flavor added to salads and cooked food.
